Demontrail Jerome Lollie

Funeral services for Demontrail Jerome Lollie, local resident will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Morehouse Baptist Education AssociatiThe Interment will follow the services in Red Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m on Friday, November 10, 2017 in the Loche's Mortuary Chapel.  Loche's Mortuary, Inc. is in charge of the services.

Remembering "Lollie Boy"

Demontrail Jerome Lollie (aka Tae, Tay, Lollie Boy) was born May 29, 1993 to Eugene Robinson and Kristy Lollie. But, he  was raised under the guidance of his second mother and father Vanessa Minnieweather and John Williams. 

He attended elementary school in the Morehouse Parish Schools, but he longed for the day he could become a Ram.  He KNEW he had something to offer the Rams and he did. He liked music  also, but he loved football.  On any Friday night, you could enjoy DeMontrail as he set records at Bastrop High School, but his senior year was by far, the best. Sporting #1 for the Rams, Demontrail was a wide receiver. His stats were impressive: 400 receiving yards, seventeen catches, averaging 44.4 yards per game, scoring three receiving touchdowns, and four touchdowns over all.  HE LOVED BEING A RAM.

After high school, he pursued several avenues, eventually securing a position in the sanitation department at D. G. Foods. He was the father of two boys: Demontrail Lollie Jr. and Storm Jones. He was expecting his first daughter in early 2018.
