Funeral services for Donnell Gary Clacks of Bastrop will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.  The services will be held at New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church  with Rev. Eddie Douzart III serving as officiant. The Interment will be held in H. V.
