On a chilly Wednesday, the 27th day of February 1973 to be exact, Charles and Rosa Lynette Payton were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. She was given the name Charlene Yvette and they called her "Muff."
"Muff" attended the public schools of Morehouse Parish and did further study at Howard College and Connor State College. She served as an Assistant Security Director. She loved all kinds of sports, especially softball and basketball. She loved spending quality time with her family and she loved caring for her pets.
