It was it the small town of Wayside Mississippi, a rural community in Washington County, Mississippi.  The year was 1946, March 13th, to be exact, a Wednesday. Gertrude and Mose Mitchell II were blessed with their youngest child.  They named him after his father.  And so, began the life of Mose Mitchell III.

Mose was a farmer by profession, but he was skilled at many things.  He worked on cars, basically anything that needed fixing.  He was always willing to lend a hand to family and friends in need.

Mose will be missed by his wife Carolyn, his children: Chasma Carter, Crystal Reese, and Markus Mason.
