Born November 25, 1938, to Noah Pates and Mollie Thomas was a beautiful girl child. They named her Pinkie. On February 15, 2022, that beautiful little girl child crossed over to join loved ones who had gone on before.
She accepted Christ at an early age at the New Star Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health failed. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She loved working puzzles, traveling, singing, and spending quality time with her family. But she really enjoyed watching her “stories” every day. She loved children and would give her last to anyone. Her life revolved around her family.
