Thank you so much for allowing us to serve you on Saturday. The relatives and friends who came to share in her home going were a true testament to her love for family and her community. It was evident that she loved and was loved by so many. Troy, the accolades that you gave your mom were awesome. Your dignity and the tenderness that you showed as you cared for and comforted others, in spite of the sorrow that you felt, was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful tributes that I have ever seen. Even as she was laid to rest, the cordiality that you showed friends and loved ones in attendance was something to be admired. Please find comfort in knowing that she was loved so much by so many. Let the warm memories of her beautiful smile, her tender heart, her beautiful poetry, and her "Luther Vandross renditions" give you peace during those times when sadness fills your soul. She will be greatly missed but we know that a loving God knows best. As I looked at your beautiful babies at the service, I said to myself, "SHE STILL LIVES." God bless all of you. If we can be of additional service please feel free to call on us.
